Get Program DetailsHow We Built This Program
Our approach evolved from working directly with businesses across Thailand. We noticed a gap between traditional finance education and what people actually need on the ground.
Starting Point
We launched initial workshops for small business owners in Chiang Mai. The feedback was clear—people wanted practical tools, not academic theory. That first year taught us to focus on application over abstraction.
Pandemic Shift
When everything moved online, we redesigned the curriculum entirely. Remote learning forced us to make content clearer and more digestible. Participants appreciated the flexibility, and completion rates actually improved.
Regional Growth
Our program expanded to serve professionals throughout Southeast Asia. We added case studies from various industries and brought in guest speakers who'd solved real financial challenges in their companies.
Current Format
Today's program combines live sessions, recorded modules, and peer discussions. We start new cohorts quarterly. Next intake begins September 2025, giving you time to prepare and gather any financial data you'd like to work with during the course.
Who Teaches This
Our instructors come from finance backgrounds but focus on teaching in plain language. They've spent years working with businesses of different sizes and understand the practical side of financial management.

Siriporn Wattana
Lead Program Instructor
Worked in corporate finance for twelve years before switching to education. She specializes in breaking down complex financial concepts and has a knack for spotting where people get stuck.

Nattaya Pramoj
Financial Analysis Specialist
Started as a financial analyst at a manufacturing company and later consulted for various SMEs. Her sessions focus on interpreting financial data and making decisions based on what the numbers actually tell you.

Why Working Capital Matters More Than You Think
Most business problems ultimately circle back to cash flow. You might have solid revenue, but if your capital is tied up in inventory or unpaid invoices, daily operations become stressful.
We've seen companies with healthy profit margins struggle because they couldn't manage the timing of their cash movements. That's what working capital analysis addresses—not just how much money you're making, but when it's available.
The program walks through how to spot potential issues before they become crises. You'll learn to read your financial position more accurately and make adjustments that improve operational stability.
This isn't about advanced financial engineering. It's about understanding the fundamentals well enough to run your business with confidence.
What the Program Covers
The curriculum runs over eight weeks with a mix of video lessons, live workshops, and practical exercises. You can expect to spend about five hours per week on coursework.
