6. Payment Terms and Refunds

Pricing and Payment

Course prices are listed in Thai Baht and are subject to change. We'll always show you the current price before you complete a purchase. Payment is due at the time of enrollment unless you're participating in a payment plan we've specifically arranged.

Refund Policy

We offer a 14-day refund period from the date of purchase for most courses. If you're not satisfied within those 14 days and have accessed less than 20% of the course content, contact us for a full refund. After 14 days or if you've accessed more than 20% of the content, refunds are at our discretion.

Some specialized programs and corporate training packages have different refund terms, which we'll clearly communicate at the time of purchase.

Subscription Services

If you subscribe to recurring access, your payment method will be charged automatically at the start of each billing cycle. You can cancel anytime, but we don't provide prorated refunds for partial billing periods. Your access continues until the end of your current paid period.

7. Course Access and Availability

Once you enroll in a course, you typically have access for 12 months from your enrollment date, unless otherwise specified. We aim to keep our platform available 24/7, but sometimes we need to perform maintenance or updates. We'll try to schedule these during off-peak hours and notify you in advance when possible.

We occasionally update course content to keep it current and relevant. These updates are included in your access at no additional cost. However, we reserve the right to discontinue courses or modify their structure. If we discontinue a course you're actively enrolled in, we'll provide reasonable notice and access to comparable alternative content when available.

8. User-Generated Content

Our platform includes discussion forums, comment sections, and other areas where you can post content. When you post something, you retain ownership of your content, but you grant us a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free license to use, display, and distribute it as part of our services.

You're responsible for everything you post. Don't post content that infringes on others' rights, contains confidential business information without permission, or violates laws. We review user content periodically and remove anything that violates these terms or our community standards.

9. Privacy and Data Protection

12. Termination

You can stop using our services anytime. If you want to close your account, contact us at help@sharerglowlumix.com. We'll process your request within 5 business days.

We may suspend or terminate your access if you violate these terms, engage in fraudulent activity, or if we believe your actions could harm our platform or other users. We'll usually provide notice before termination unless the situation requires immediate action.

After termination, you lose access to all course materials and account data. We may retain certain information as required by law or for legitimate business purposes.

13. Governing Law and Dispute Resolution

These terms are governed by the laws of Thailand. Any disputes arising from these terms or your use of our services will be resolved in the courts of Chiang Mai, Thailand.
